Siobhán McCann coaches innovators, emerging leaders, and senior executives to embody their full potential and level up their leadership as agents of change.

Siobhán guides people to identify and connect with their core values and defining experiences, to explore possibility, overcome perceived roadblocks and challenges, craft their leadership stories, and embody authentic presence, in order to live and work with purpose and passion.

Through a dynamic co-active process, she encourages movement from deep insight to action, untethering limiting behaviours from belief systems to elicit truth and clarity. She calls forth people’s natural creative ingenuity and embraces human-centred design to challenge compromise and evoke wisdom, for sustainable learning and transformative action.

Siobhán has worked with management and senior executives in finance; health care; higher education; pharmaceuticals; retail; construction; legal services; advertising and sales; manufacturing; technology; investment banking; consulting; social innovation and design; and not-for-profit.

She designs and facilitates workshops and training programs internationally in leadership presence, storytelling, and authentic communications. She has taught Leadership Communications and Coaching for high impact leadership to MBA students at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, and as an annual visiting lecturer for the Executive MBA program at the School of Business at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Siobhán has been a member of the design and delivery team for the DSIL Innovation and Leadership Development course certified by the UN Mandated University for Peace. She grows leaders who create a positive ripple effect, strengthening the common good in workplaces and communities around the globe. She is an associate consultant with Montreal-based organization The Pillars, serving a mission to cultivate human-centred organizational cultures and is an active contributor to the global Reinventing Work movement dedicated to creating more ethical, human-centred, and purposeful workplaces and practices.

A graduate and former Faculty member of the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute, Siobhán is an International Coach Federation accredited Associate Certified Coach, a Winslow Certified Business Consultant and an Accredited Passion Mapping™ Practitioner. She has also trained in Hogan and Thomas psychometric assessments for business.

Born in Ireland and now based in Montreal, Siobhán's unique cross-cultural professional experience was cultivated in Europe and Russia, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, in the fields of neuroscience, academia, architecture and design, film, media, the arts, investment banking, management consulting and a variety of other industries prior to pivoting into executive development.  

She graduated with Honours in French and Sociology from the National University of Ireland and pursued graduate studies at the Université de Toulouse, France, and McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

A relentless truth-seeker, Siobhán is a life-long learner. She is a guest teacher at the Centre Artistique International Roy Hart, where she serves on the current Board of Directors and continues on her own ongoing vocal exploration and development journey.

She believes in the power of one voice to create lasting impact. She is dedicated to helping others to find theirs, in order to be the change they wish to see in the world.
