Our Power of Story program is designed with humans in mind, to uncover and give expression and voice to the life experiences that have contributed to the beliefs and values they embody as leaders in the world, in order to engage with, motivate, and inspire the people they lead to live into whatever they dream for them.

Leaders are capable of deep listening: Gandhi demonstrated that when he traveled throughout India learning the heart of his people.  What distinguishes leaders... is that they find a voice that allows them to articulate the common dream.
— Warren Bennis. The Leader as Storyteller, Harvard Business Review, 1996.

People are saturated with data and rules. What audiences seek most is a human connection.

Storytelling abides the oldest and most powerful tool of influence to create connections, to engage, inform, transfer wisdom, teach, inspire and motivate people.

This program brings the power of personal storytelling onto the corporate stage to captivate even the most skeptical of audiences, and to enhance authentic presence in leadership.

From the beginning of history, human life and leadership have been centered on stories—the stories of our past, who we are today, and what we may yet become. Telling stories and listening to other people’s stories shapes the meaning of our experiences and helps us awaken hidden capacity.

It is safe to assume that any individual or group you wish to influence has access to more wisdom than they currently use. It is also safe to assume that they also have considerably more facts than they can process effectively. Giving them, even more facts adds to the wrong pile. They don’t need more facts. They need help finding their wisdom. Contrary to popular belief, bad decisions are rarely made because people don’t have all the facts.

The audience does not need to tune themselves to you—you need to tune your message to them. Skilled presenting requires you to understand their hearts and minds and create a message to resonate with what’s already there.
