Javier D. Rendon
Javier Rendon is an executive coach and leadership development consultant focused on emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships, the psychology of human interaction, and bringing the leader within to the forefront.
Javier coaches from the belief that people already possess the tools they need to achieve resounding success in their careers, that All Is Within. His role is to help shine light on those skills and resources that lay dormant and then work with people to dust off and sharpen what has been unearthed, so that they can begin to leverage those honed skills and new-found resources in their professional pursuits.
He leverages business experience coupled with training in active listening and Co-Active coaching to begin the process of identifying untapped potential. Embracing a light-hearted, open-minded curiosity, Javier guides people into new areas of insight and understanding through creative activities such as embodiment work, interactive role play, listening and speaking exercises, and improvisation techniques.
He focuses on authenticity and integrity as the cornerstones for building dynamic leadership as a foundation that further integrates inspiration, creativity, and communication.
Javier’s career spans more than two decades in the Technology industry, working for, learning from, and contributing to companies such as IBM, Intel, Computer Sciences Corporation, BASF, Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks, Forest Laboratories, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
