She uses her expertise to accelerate self-knowledge and help others adapt and hone their individual styles and vision for improved performance results for themselves and their teams.
Dawn is a proven business leader with P&L responsibility and is knowledgeable about business strategy and the implications for executive leadership and talent needs. She has owned her own business, ran the retail food division of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and has been an organizational development and talent management executive at Charles Schwab & Co., Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and J. Walter Thompson. She is an associate consultant for inCourage Leading, whose purpose is to grow leaders who create a positive ripple effect, strengthening the common good in workplaces and communities around the globe.
With a dual major in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Development, she is certified in the use and interpretation of a variety of assessment tools. She is also certified in The Grove Consultants International Team Performance Model, PROSCI and the Gallup Strengths Finder. And, received her Executive Coaching Certification from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
